The annual event explores the rich and diverse creative practices of Aboriginal artists from across Western Australia. Artists from 25 remote and regional Aboriginal Art Centres and independent artists participate in the program of public talks, art market and exhibition.

The designs use the iconic ‘troopie’ from regional WA to represent the large distances the artists travel to participate in the event. The exhibition materials feature artist Angilyiya Mitchell with her artwork Kungkarrangkalpa (Seven Sisters) from the exhibition. The art market designs also include a sculpture from the exhibition from the mixed media installation Milpa Project.
